      Sustainability / lessen fossil-fuel use? STOVER: I have been supportive and engaged in Duluth’s energy and carbon emission reduction efforts. Such as: LED traffic lights, library solar panels, the zoo’s electric utility vehicles and the steam plant upgrades. FOSLE:

      Local food production? STOVER: It is my hope to find a permanent covered location in West Duluth for a market place of locally produced goods. FOSLE:
      Strengthen Union movement? STOVER: I am a labor endorsed candidate and I understand the issues working people face and believe that creating community wage standards will lead to positive changes in Duluth. One third of Duluth families qualify for federal programs. This is why I have voted for wage standards and carried the ordinance that holds those seeking tax subsidies accountable. FOSLE:
      Call for U.S. Troops home from Iraq? STOVER: I did vote for a removal plan. FOSLE:
      Support I.C.R.B. for Duluth Police? STOVER: I possibly would, but not due to one incident. I would never want to draw judgment in a matter that I was not present at. Better utilizing the present State Review Board may be an alternative solution. FOSLE:
      Instant Runoff Voting in Duluth? STOVER: I would certainly consider it. It would need the recommendation of the charter commission first. FOSLE:
